You are welcome to bring your own golf cart or ATV, but you must register it in the Information Building.  There is a $10.00 registration fee if you are not a member or not handicapped.  If you are a member bring your membership card, and if you are handicapped bring your handicapped letter and card showing you have a handicap card.

  • Everyone is welcome.
  • No reservations needed, FREE to join.
  • Check in at 4:30 pm by the bandstand on the showgrounds.

Camping

If you are interested in reserving your camping spot again this year, please be advised of the following changes:

  • Camping spots are $60 for the weekend. This is for any electrical spot. If you would like a non-electrical spot, we have some of those available.

  • Camping spots are considered reserved by pre-paid, non-refundable payment. Any spot not paid for by April 1st will be released to the public.

  • Payment can be made by check, or Venmo. We can also accept cash at a general meeting.

  • We will try our best to get you the camping spot of your choice.

  • We will help park you once you get to Camp Creek as we have in the past.

Camping facilities provide electricity at camp site. Water is available on the grounds.  Modern restrooms and showers are located next to the campgrounds for your use.​

 You may bring a generator for your use, but there are quiet hours between the hours of 10:00 pm to 7:00 am that we ask you do NOT use it, unless needed for medical/health reason.  If you fall into this category, please let the campground staff know this when you arrive.

No pets allowed on show grounds. No campfires.

Exhibition Information

We always welcome everyone with their tractor, gas engine, or other historical or educational display that would complement the show. 

  • To exhibit at the show all you need to do is register your exhibit with the club upon arrival.
    There is no fee to exhibit at the show and each exhibitor will receive 2 free passes to the show for the weekend.
  • ​Exhibits may be brought to the show grounds starting at 12:00 noon, Thursday, and all day Friday prior to the show weekend. 
  • Night security will be provided on Friday, July 17, and Saturday, July 18, only.
  • We ask that all Exhibitors wait until after the Parade of Power on Sunday before leaving.
